Re: ** START UP ***Can I get some advise on my team?
If you can give us your starting lineup requirement, PPR or not, number of teams...
But in a vacuum I would say a young RB and add depth at WR. Maybe a young TE but again depend on requirements and players available.

Re: ** START UP ***Can I get some advise on my team?
This is my first post, and I have never done a start up, always taking over teams. As you had no replies I figured I could step in.
Overall, I like the team as a Startup. You have quality at QB, RB1, WR1 and WR2. A mix of youth and veterans. I also like Jordan Reed, who can hopefully stay healthy. You also have some young potential WRs.
With what you have so far, I would target some RBs with potential. I love Charles; Kniles is a good handcuff, but I do not see him becoming his replacement once Charles is gone. Maybe someone like Josh Robinson (also a Gore handcuff). Lamar Miller is going to have a fight to keep his spot too, so its important to think out a few years, and who will be your starters.
Also, if the league keeps Defenses (meaning that you keep enough players, that Defenses are worth it) I would look at getting a defense that is generally in the top. I have a league where its next to impossible to get a good Defense as they are kept. A Seattle, Ravens, 49ers (though they may be falling from the ranks), may be worth getting if they aren't going to be available in Rookie/FA drafts in the future.

Re: ** START UP ***Can I get some advise on my team?
Nice first 3 picks with DT, Charles, Cobb. Wilson in the 4th is way too early. QB's in 12 team pprs don't hold much value in the early rounds. Also don't like the Miller pick as rb2. Gore is great flex for short term.
Nice Knile Davis hand cuff! Reed is high risk reward and wish you had a solid 2nd te. I like the WR group.
I'd say you will be a play off contender but will need some luck to compete for the title.

Re: ** START UP ***Can I get some advise on my team?
Very good team imo from a startup. You have a nice set of WR's and good rbs. Should be able to compete this year, and once you are in the playoffs anything can happen.
Re: ** START UP ***Can I get some advise on my team?
Thanks for ur feedback!! This is my first dynasty, so this whole draft thing was new to me, I saw about 3-4 different plans from owners, not going to lie, the way the draft went kind of threw me off a bit, went high for a few players but also got a few I did not expect too, nice to know I got a PRO dynasty owner in my league Can you send me an email so I know who you might be.the_future wrote:Nice first 3 picks with DT, Charles, Cobb. Re: ** START UP ***Can I get some advise on my team?
I am guessing you started near the back end of round 1 based on who you drafted not counting any trades. Given that I think you got good value on JC. Wilson in the 4th is not nearly as bad as some are saying. I like Miller in the 5th. Worst case scenario is he shares carries this year but then he will sign somewhere else next year. I am not high on Reed. Rest of draft take young guys with high potential. You want guys who have the potential to be elite even if most bust. Do not worry about handcuffs. An important lesson from this draft is you can get quality RBs later if you take WRs early.

I actually just guessed this is where you took your first 4 players. I understand player values pretty well so took a stab at it. I'm not in your league haha.Tonyp747 wrote:Thanks for ur feedback!!
