I have the 1.08 and 1.09 I never really watched college this is my first dynasty , Who are the top 10 picks? I know it is a little early to tell until we know what teams and system they will go to but just looking for ideas

Yea, usually the draft shakes things up a bit. Watch for guys that were ranked higher before the draft fall because of the situation they were drafted in or other owners drafting for team need. Then with your two picks draft the two guys with the highest rated talent to your team regardless of their drafted situation or your team makeup.
At 1.08 and 1.09 you're likely looking at the below names
