Trade Advice please

With the RBs in this years draft and the top end strength at wr why not keep the picks and go after a Parker/DGB with 1.07 and a RB at 1.09 someone like yeldon or Ajayi will be there. Those players could add more to your team than getting only one player. Your team is more than one piece away from being competitive anyway. I think the picks are more valuable to your teams future.

I respectfully disagree all around. It's highly unlikely that either Parker or dgb are available at 7. You are probably looking at ajayi being available maybe. I think with lacy you are competitive. It's been proven time and time again that the best team on paper does not always win it all, so your team + lacy gives you a good shot, and more importantly you could flip lacy for more than you're giving up. It's positive investing at the worst. If it was tre mason then yeah, it's giving up too much for one player; but this is arguably the second best rb in dynasty right now.

I think you are overthinking this Lacy trade...is that still available? In the end you should know how your league values Tre more than us. If I were to trade Tre and 1.08 I would want a TY type player but I don't know if that works. If I had TY I wouldn't do it. After the TY type player it drops to a Tate, Cooks, Floyd, etc type player and I think you'd be overpaying for that.

Not a bad thought. If you can do Miller straight up for 1.9 I think that's legit. I just think Lacy has a much longer and brighter future. I can't see him not in the top 10 rb's for the next 5 years barring injury...gets carries, receptions, and td's

FYI I'm an avid Fins fan. I think Miller is good, especially when he has good blocking. However, he goes down on first contact easily. If they did find a better back, he is not so good that he could not be replaceable. Keep in mind Moreno looked better early on, and they felt free to ride him more. I don't think they burn a high pick on an rb or pursue a high end rb in the near future, but Miller is by no means an elite talent. He's above average in space. Without it he's below average.

It's a long way away from the draft and all it takes is one rb getting a bump in the next few months for one of those WRs to fall out of the top 6. Lacy is fine but with the glaring need at WR to get one of them--or trading the two picks to get into the top 5--and a RB later makes more sense.
Every year there is a new top 5 RBs so assuming that Lacy will hold value--when Green Bay already spelled him with Starks throughout the year--is taking a risk that gaining multiple players will not carry. I feel that trading picks to move up and get one of the top 3 WRs this year or taking best available and trying to build youth would better serve your team. Two years ago Rice was a top 3 RB and he tanked, last year Charles was a top RB and he finished outside the top 10. Your team is better served by building through the draft with 2 top 10 picks or trading to a point where a top WR could be gained--since WR is the real weak spot on your team.

My plan was trying to trade maybe my 1.09 for L.Miller , Then trading T.Mason and maybe my 3.10 for a good WR , Then maybe taking a WR with my 1.08 pick so I would have 2 good RBs still and 4 good WRs .. Or maybe just trading my 1.09 and 3.10 for a good WR and draft another with my 1.08

What would you rather have ?

If you can do 1.09 for Miller I would do that. Then try to trade 1.08, 2.10, and a RB you have to get into the top 5 and get a White, Cooper, DGB, Parker to really improve your WRs.

I would not trade Mason. If there is a flex Miller/Morris in RB and Mason in your flex is nice based on your weakness at WR.

passing over the slam dunk with getting lacy reasonably priced but you rather go for miller? thats nuts. take lacy and you are a contender if you can trade morris and spiller for wr help. you are over thinking it here big time
