I offered Teddy & Terrance Williams for Keenan Allen. The owner has verbally agreed, but is now getting cold feet. He also has Edelman so I was thinking of giving Bridgewater for Edelman if he cancels.
12 team league, 6 point passing TDs, .5 PPR and I need to upgrade my WRs.
my QBs / WRs:
QBs: Tannehill, Teddy Bridgewater, Foles
WRs: Dez, Watkins, Moncrief, Roddy White, Larry Fitz, Justin Hunter, Terrance Williams
I like the idea of trying to get Edelman for a discount, but I am not sure this is a discount. The owner also has Maclin & Jordan Matthews, but I haven't received an indication that they are available.

Re: Edelman or Bridgewater?
Personally, I like Edelman, and he's underrated, but I think that Bridgewater shows promise and would be an overpay. As a side note, I set my league's bylaws that any acceptance of a trade whether it's verbal, text, etc finalizes a trade regardless of whether it has gone through yet on the site. Just food for thought.markdanger wrote:I offered Teddy & Terrance Williams for Keenan Allen. The owner has verbally agreed, but is now getting cold feet. Re: Edelman or Bridgewater?
I wouldn't fault you for making that trade. I do like Allen more but getting Edelman as your WR3 would make your starting roster better. Maybe you could try to sweeten the deal a little for Allen? Like a 3rd or 4th in this years rookie draft? If that doesn't work and you are still in talks for Edelman, see if the other owner involved will sweeten his side up a bit to make it more even.
