I'd take Ellington and the pick.
I see Ellington as pretty much on par with Mason.

I would have to agree. You get a similar RB and could take a RB with the pick.Dr.Graffin wrote:I'd take Ellington and the pick.

Full PPR league or standard? That would heavily influence my preference. I don't Ellington as a standard scoring guy.

Piling on. I prefer Ellington straight, so with the pick I take his side easy.

Re: Which side you got? Ellington or Mason
When Tre Mason is pulling down 20+ carries, 2-3 receptions, and goal-line work every game next year, you Ellington fanboys are going to look really dumb.
Ellington isn't good. And he can't handle more than 10 touches/game. He already loses goal-line work and he's just not that dynamic of a talent. Remember, he wasn't dominant at Clemson and is extremely prone to injury given his slight size.
Tre Mason. And it's not close.

Re: Which side you got? Ellington or Mason
Hey, two can play that game. When Ellington is back to averaging 5+ YPC and more than doubling Tre's receiving numbers all you Mason fanboys are gonna feel really stupid.

Re: Which side you got? Ellington or Mason
Ellington did nothing but prove he's not an every down back. Had some of the worst numbers for any starting RB in the league. He's nothing more than a change of pace back for me. He would be more effective in that role. Not an every down runner.

Re: Which side you got? Ellington or Mason
When can we expect that? He did that in limited action. All he proved last year is that he isn't an effective starting back. Get's dinged up and becomes in-effective.sugbear65 wrote:Hey, two can play that game.
