I think I'd take this. To me Decker is going to see a drastic decline in production without Peyton throwing him the ball. Also there is no DT opposite of him to tack the pressure off of him. I'd take the 1.3 and be happy. Good luck.

I like 1.03. I think Decker was a big product of Peyton Manning. Now he'll see the #1 Cb and play with a big downgrade in QB(Vick now..maybe Geno in a year)
