no major rebuilding I have foles, ryan one starting rb in woodhead also have turbin, helu, royster shorts, knicks, wright, boldin, james jones, and then ladarious green, Gresham, chandler

Formatting is your friend. It makes things easier to read.

Your team:

QB - Nick Foles, Matt Ryan
RB - Woodhead, Turbin, Helu, Royster
WR - Shorts, Nicks, Wright, Boldin, James Jones
TE - L Green, Gresham, Chandler

AP probably has about 2 years of really solid production left. I doubt your team can be competitive by 2015, so I would probably not take the trade. Shorts is young and (hopefully) the Jags will get a QB in the draft. The 1.05 can net you one of the better RBs in the draft if you want, or you can try to trade it for a younger RB.

What??? You need to take that and run, fast. AP is worth more than Shorts and the 1.5 easy, AND you get B. Tate on top for free? Crazy, someone must have a terminal case of rookie fever. Take it, that should be auto accept to me.
