Blackmon for future picks

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Blackmon for future picks

Postby TheFlyingLineman » Fri Apr 05, 2013 7:57 pm

Give:Lance Moore 2014 1st 2015 1st

Get: Blackmon

I can start up to 5 WR's. My other WR's are Hankerson, Holmes, Jeffery, Jennings, Welker, Donald Jones, Andre Johnson

My team will compete, so I'd hope that my picks would be no lower than 1.6 (12 team league)

I like Blackmon, and would like to add a young WR to offset Welker and AJ...

Thoughts? Offer is on the table.

I don't know, I like Blackmon but that's really close. I'd ask for a 2013 2nd back too.

Note that it is 2014 and 2015. Not this years draft. Next years and the year after.

This is a startup and I picked up pick 1.03 this year...

I think it's fair value, but I'm not into the idea of trading picks 2 years in advance. Too much uncertainty....

I am pretty high on Blackmon, so i think i would stick with what I know.... But I can't fault someone for making that deal. I would prefer the Blackmon side though.

Pulled the trigger. Taking a chance that my team isn't worse than I think. If it ends up being 1.9 and 1.7 or something like that, I think it's a win.
