Rebuild team

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Rebuild team

Postby spa12397 » Sat Jan 22, 2022 7:40 pm

Year 1 of a rebuild, not really liking this years draft… obviously will wait until real draft to move picks, if I do

12 Team SF
I have 1.02, 1.03, 1.05, 1.08, 2.02, 2.03, 2.05, 2.08, plus 3rd and 4th rounders

My team
Fields
E Mitchell, Jevonte Williams, Dobbins, Moss
Mooney, Waddle, Aiyuk, Juedy, Gallup, Campbell
Kmet

Players that are on the trading Block….would you move picks for any of these guys. There are others players, but mostly looking to build young

Tua
Swift, Singletary, Barkley, Gaskins
M Brown, Kirk, Golloday,

What’s your planned competing window?

Based on your build combined with picks, I would hold your pucks until much later in the offseason process as you mentioned, but I would at least get a price check on Swift. I'm guessing it will be hefty and likely better to hold.

Cool, my first step would be to try to turn some of those 2nd round picks into another 2022 or 2023 1st or two.

Next if you only have 1 qb that’s the priority to compete for me in SF. I’d ask about Tua as the current owner may be down on him and let go cheap. However he has some longevity concern.

Third on the list is help out the WR room. Brown would be the best in that list but he’s up and down so take that with a realistic look.

4th would be RB bc their production windows are typically shorter so I’d get that last.

I’d put out feelers now but your picks will have to most value otc.

Just my thoughts. Good luck bro

I like that team. Couple of glaring holes (QB and TE), but good RB room and WR room. I would check with the Lance owner and see if he is silly enough to think Jimmy G keeps his job. Or you can stay with 1 qb, tank for 2023 for the 1.01 and grab you qb then.

I would also shop a pick for a TE. I would see if the Andrews owner thinks this year was a fluke and wants to cash in now. Same with Knox in Buffalo.
Team 1: 16 Team
QB's: Fields, Wentz,
RB: D. Harris, D. Montgomery, Kendre M.
WR: Chase, AJ Brown, Aiyuk, Bateman
TE: Waller, J. Woods, Dulich, Mayer

Team 2: 12 Team SF 1ppr, Start 10
QB: Mahomes, Burrow, Watson
RB: Hall, Walker, Javonte, Pacheco, K Mitchell, Dobbins
WR: Godwin, JSN, Pittman, Pickens, Toney, DP Jones, S Moore
TE: Andrews, Fant, Likely
(2024) 1.03, 2.03, 3.03
(2025) Top 3 1st, my 1st

Team 3 SF, TEP, Start 11 ppr
QB: AR, Watson, Young, Levis
RB: ETN, Walker, Pierce, Akers, Pacheco, Herbert, Warren, Kelley
WR: G. Wilson, Higgins, Godwin, Kirk, Bateman, Collins, Doubs, Chark, Shaheed,
TE: Schultz, I Smith, Bellinger, Parham, Fant, Likely, Granson,
