12 team PPR

Give: Devonta Smith, Michael Carter, 1.04

Get: DJ Moore, DJ Chark, 1.03

Thoughts on this with or without the firsts?

Preference here. Smith showed enough in year 1 that I think he and Moore are relatively close value wise. Obviously the pick is better that you are moving and I would rather have Carter over Chark. I would lean holding here.

I would lean holding too based on my perception of the relative talent of the players. The main thing is that I am very nervous about Devonta Smith right now because I think the Eagles are actually going to keep Hurts as their starter. I don’t think it was just coach speak or building trade value when they made that announcement. I have no faith in Hurts’ developing as a passer. There was just too much wrong this year. If the Eagles use their draft capital to bring in another early round receiver, which I think is also likely, it’s going to be tough for Smith to perform at the level he could, despite the talent. They had the highest percentage of run plays in the league. Split the precious few targets between Smith, Goedert, and (hypothetically) Drake London and now what? I love Smith, but I am deeply concerned about the situation for the next couple years.

I would LOVE for someone to talk me off the ledge here. Im just struggling to see any way this works out to my advantage by holding unless Hurts is traded/displaced by a better passer.

I'd lean holding here. Picks aside, Carter is way more valuable than Chark, and DJM's situation is as hazy as ever.

Pretty close, but I would hold here.
