PPR - JJ or Chubb/Higgins

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

PPR - JJ or Chubb/Higgins

How close is this deal? Obviously Jefferson is by far the best piece but what if anything should be added to either side?

I still like Higgins and think he is a solid weekly play but could certainly have some weeks where he posts pretty low stats. Chubb is a top 10 RB and although I think the value is decent here, I would rather hold Jefferson. I think the offer is fair but maybe a touch light. I just do not see much reason to move Jefferson.

That’s not gonna cut it for me for Jefferson. Value wise I think it’s light by a 1st rounder on top of Chubb/Higgins. Even then I prob keep Jefferson, but I think it would be a lot closer to even.

I'm holding JJ if its me. I just sold Chubb likely a year early just to get out with what i perforce to be max value. Think of it this way, fast forward to this time next year. How do you think you'll view the move one or even two years from now? Next year chubb will likely still hold much of his current hold value, but it'll probably be somewhat more difficult to move him at that point. Two years from now he'll surely have a significant drop in value. I prefer to get out a little early on RBs, but that's just a preference thing for me. To each his own.

Tee may be on a different team in two years. The Bengals will have to pay Burrow by that point, most likely, and that's going to put them in some tough cap situations. Tee moving on could be good or bad, but I prefer the situation of JJ. I just see it being a little more stable.

You build around your young studs, not by cashing in early. You can take some swings at rookie rbs in the draft, and could come up with someone comparable to Chubb in a year or 2.
