Obviously there is the uncertainty around him. Which team trades for him? Does he play at all in 2022 or ever again? I have decided I want to just cut my losses now. I have one team that said they were interested in him.

It is a superflex league. That teams players of interest to me aren't much. He has both Lawrence and Hurts. He also has the 1.03 pick. 2023 picks will be available when MFL changes over the league mid February. Should I ask for either of his qbs or just go after picks?

Lawrence and a pick might be your best hope as of now but Watson is very tough to gauge league to league and owner to owner.

I don't see why you'd go after hurts if you are worried about Watson's availability. I'm much more concerned that hurts won't be a QB in 2022 or 2023 than watson.

If you can get Lawrence for Watson and are happy with that return go for it. Me, I acquired Watson last off season in two SF leagues and am waiting for him to return to the field.

I traded Josh Jacobs for Watson a few weeks ago and am very happy with that. I would not be interested in Hurts at all, but Lawrence and the 1.03 would be a decent trade imo.

This would be my play. I rather risk on Lawrence and the 1.03 is gravy. I would even go so far as tossing a late 2 with Watson in if that got the deal done personally.

If you're contemplating that then I'm not sure why you haven't just outright cut him by now. I get just wanting to be rid of a player, but at that "return" I'm just holding.

I would much rather hold and keep shopping. Even if Watson is traded in the coming weeks and not necessarily cleared to play, his value will go up. This offer is not worth anything at all.

Thanks for hijacking my post. But no you don't just take anything to cut your losses. You still should expect something decent. You can still take 75% vue and be happy with it. I acquired Tyreek a couple years ago in the same scenario.
