Bit of a risk but I'd take Waddle/Mooney

This likely comes down to preference but I would still hold Lamb. Seems like there will be less options in Dallas for targets next year. I think Waddle is great but I am pretty bullish on Lamb long term.

As a dolphins fan I would stick with Lamb. We don’t know who the new coach is gonna be and what kind of offensive philosophy that coach will bring. We don’t know if tua is the answer and probably won’t for the foreseeable future. Starting over with a new qb won’t be great for waddles near future. Not to mention Miami is one of the worst run franchises in the nfl. And you can say all the same things with Mooney and the Bears. Too many question marks with what you’d be taking on so for those reasons I’d stick with Lamb
Qb: Hurts, geno Smith
Rb: JT, Gibbs, Montgomery, Roschon, Z. White, Ty Chandler
Wr: AJB, JJ, Chase, waddle, G Wilson
TE: Pitts, Kincaid, Likely, Njoku

2024 1.01, 1.04, 1.05
10 team
9 players kept yearly
Non PPR
Not super flex
Start 1/1/2/1/2 flex
1 point per first down
All tds 6 points

As a Dolphins fan who owns Waddle and Lamb, I prefer Lamb in a straight up deal.

What would it take added to Waddle? Tough to say, but a 1st if we're talking picks. Probably no later than 1.07. If we're talking players, I'd need a starting-caliber player that I need on my roster added to Waddle.
TEAM 1:
12 Team ppr w/20 keepers - start 1QB 2RB 3WR 1TE 1FLX 6IDP 1DEF
QB: Tua, Lamar, Levis
RB: Etienne, Pacheco, JavonteWms, JFord, CEH
WR: Lamb, JChase, Waddle, Pickens, MWilliams, Q Johnston
TE: Goedert, Friermuth
DEF: Cowboys, Ravens
IDP:(LB) Bolton, Greenlaw; (DE/DL) ZCollins, BJHill; (S/CB) Pitre, Bates, Witherspoon
2023 & 2022 Champion: 2020 third place: 2019 Champion

TEAM 2:
14 Team 30roster SF/ppr/TEP - QB/RB/WR/TE/5FLX/SF
QB: Tua, CJStroud, Carr, AOC, MWhite, Lock
RB: Etienne, Stevenson, GusE, AJD, Singletary, CEH, Spiller
WR: Amon-Ra, Kirk, Dell, Thielen, Gallup, Ch Jones
TE: Andrews, Waller, Taysom, Smythe, WMallory, JOliver

Waddle>Lamb

Mooney free

Lamb is massively over rated. He's had the benefit of a bonafide WR1 on the outside, and a top end NFL QB, and racked up his numbers playing slot while having Coop taking coverage away and Dak to throw to him. His numbers aren't even that great. Waddle was a rookie and was a plug n play every week. Spectacular floor, and his explosiveness hasn't even been maximized yet. Mooney put up close to Lamb's numbers on top of that. Their numbers were almost the same, and Mooney did this with lesser QB's than Lamb.

Fair point and voted for the Mooney side as well, but I think Lamb is more a victim of Dak spreading the ball around and not forcing thing than being massively over rated.

People are putting Ceedee in the the range of top 5 WR's, and until I see something close to that, he's over rated. He's a good WR, but he's not elite, and I don't think he ever will be, either. Coop played hurt or didn't play a lot this year. Gallup only played 9 games this year. He had plenty of opportunity to assert himself as more than a WR2.

Fantasy Freak, I think you nailed it. Ceedee is really good, but is he worth the top 3Wr ranking I see on most Dynasty rankings? Hmm, it's tough. He hasn't really earned that ranking in my mind. His presumed potential is what has him there. I think Waddle is a ppr machine that has deep threat ability as well. He's really good, similarly to Lamb imo. Adding Mooney makes the difference. In all the rankings I look at Lamb is higher than Waddle, but I don't really think there's that much difference between the two. Waddle out performed Lamb based on his rookie stats and compared to this season, too.

Lamb caught one of Dak’s 43 attempts vs SF. An owner offered me Lamb for Renfrow, Pollard, 2023 1st and two 2022 2nds. I really liked the deal but then I thought that Renfrow might score just as many points as Lamb over the next few seasons and eventually rejected it. I’m still very interested in Lamb by his price currently does not match his production.
