League expansion from 8-10 teams, who do I hold?????

Those would be the 10 I'd keep. Tough losing Godwin for nothing, but I'd rather keep Lamar. I hear what people are saying about the format, but given the receivers you already have, you can find a 4th WR (who will probably rarely be in your lineup) more easily than you can a QB with top 5 upside who will start for you every week.

Couple other random thoughts:

Is the trade market still open? If so maybe target a team that doesn't have 10 quality keeper options and see if you can get something (anything really) for Godwin. Or maybe see if you can package Lamar and Godwin for a QB upgrade.

Even in a 10 team 1QB league I'd take a QB with 2 top 5 finishes in the last 3 seasons over Godwin in this scenario. It is absolutely easier to find a depth WR than it is a QB that you can feel confident in if you're trying to win a championship next season.
