Give up Lamb, Javonte, Hock for four 1sts?

For team in sig, in talks with an owner who's acquired lots of draft capital and is looking to deal it. Wants sure things over gambles. He's got by far the worst team in the league by far, and is willing to move his 2023 pick(!)

No trade for a 2023 pick could happen until MFL rolls over to the new league year, but he floated this as an option:

2022 1.02

League context to consider: it's a heavy TE premium, the position is worth gold and even in his bad games Hock was giving me about 15 points. It's also point per carry, and on the trade block RBs are even harder to come by than QBs.

I feel happy with my rebuild to this point, feels like I'm close to turning a corner, but I'm considering taking this just because of the value an early 2023 1st should have. Even with the pieces I'd give him, I think that pick would end up being the 1.01-1.03.

I'd stick with what you have and really wouldn't even consider moving those pieces in a deal like this. I wouldn't be surprised if you'd be giving the 3 best pieces.

I may be in the minority, but I would have no interest in this deal. You are sitting on three very good young assets and a top young TE, why move them all and hope the picks turn into exactly what you are moving. Hold your good young assets and enjoy. If you make this deal, you are going to jump right back into a constant rebuild.

You are giving up 3 young valuable proven assets and in return are getting 4 complete unknowns. There is absolutely no reason to consider this.

Maybe I'll try to negotiate a version where I keep Javonte.

The more I read your post and the more I asked myself why you would even consider it.

Lamb is a stud with a good QB. Both should play together for 3-4 years minimum.
Javonte Williams showed that he could be a beast. It's a Points per Carry so RBs are even more valuable. Of course Gordon lowers his value, but the second he leaves Javonte should be seen as a top-10 for some years to come.
Hockenson should be considered a stud, even more in TEP.

Not sure why you'd consider moving three good players for rookies, even though there's a 2023 1st in the deal. You'll be able to acquire that 2023 1st without giving too much IMO.
