I would take the Swift side. I think St Brown is a really good buy low in PPR leagues.

In a full rebuild, I would make this move. Lockett is aging and has never been worth much anyway despite being a solid player and I would rather have Swift over Barkley moving forward. St Brown has long term hope and adding a 2nd is helpful in a full rebuild.
