Re: Zeke Value
Mid 1st in SF at this point. I could see wanting more as a seller but his value really has nowhere to go but down based on age moving forward.

In a vacuum, what other players would you say are about the same value?Gator Sens wrote: ↑Thu Dec 02, 2021 1:32 pm Mid 1st in SF at this point. I could see wanting more as a seller but his value really has nowhere to go but down based on age moving forward.

Always tough league to league but a few names that jump out to me are:bigbuck22 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 02, 2021 2:44 pmIn a vacuum, what other players would you say are about the same value?Gator Sens wrote: ↑Thu Dec 02, 2021 1:32 pm Mid 1st in SF at this point. McLaurin
Diontae Johnson
Gibson
Jacobs
Cooper
I think the idea/worry that Zeke could really slow down at anytime hurts his value a fair amount.
Re: Zeke Value
For sure...I think his value has actually tanked. I inquired because yesterday was our trade deadline and I couldn't get a bite on any of the following 10 offers. I tried to give him away in a few of them.Gator Sens wrote: ↑Thu Dec 02, 2021 2:53 pmAlways tough league to league but a few names that jump out to me are:bigbuck22 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 02, 2021 2:44 pmIn a vacuum, what other players would you say are about the same value?Gator Sens wrote: ↑Thu Dec 02, 2021 1:32 pm Mid 1st in SF at this point. Zeke > Jacobs
Zeke > Pittman
Zeke > Montgomery
Zeke > Late 1 and 2 (twice)
Zeke > Mid to late 1
Zeke > Claypool
Zeke > Akers
Zeke/Hopkins > Javonte
Zeke/Hopkins/R Wilson > J Allen/M Carter
Re: Zeke Value
I’m not paying a mid 1 for Zeke in SF. I think that value is off. Maybe a late 1 but at this point Pollard is the best back on the Dallas roster. Zeke has no explosiveness.

Re: Zeke Value
Good run defense but that knee certainly effected him. He's 26. It's not like his career is finished though.

Re: Zeke Value
He's clearly playing hurt, it's common knowledge. He looked much better this year pre-injury. He has 10 days to rest, I'm curious how he will look after that. Pollard is definitely more explosive, but he's not the interior runner Zeke is, nor can he handle a full work load. When both are healthy, Pollard isn't the best back, he's just a back capable of bigger plays. Zeke is still much better at getting the tough yards in crucial situations. A committee suits the Cowboys perfectly with the different skill sets these backs provide.bigbuck22 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 03, 2021 11:34 amGood run defense but that knee certainly effected him. He's 26. Once he gets healthy, he should start producing again the rest of the season.bigbuck22 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 03, 2021 11:34 amGood run defense but that knee certainly effected him. He's 26. It's not like his career is finished though.

Re: Zeke Value
Contenders probably won't be interested in buying since he's obviously playing hurt. Rebuilders have no interest in acquiring a declining asset like Zeke. Your best bet is to move him for the best 1st you can find in the offseason to someone trying to get some depth. He's still RB5 on the year which is honestly pretty nuts.
Historically RBs just aren't going to be able to put up 6+ elite seasons in a row. Like even LT started to slow down after 8. He's got a lot of miles on him and the only thing keeping him relevant is his contract. Maybe you can find an owner who believe he's the exception but if you don't move him this offseason he may as well retire on your roster. The ideal sell window was last offseason I'm afraid

Re: Zeke Value
Ppl jump off RBs by age 25.5 in dynasty when they get dinged and under perform for a few weeks. Zeke was a difficult sell already last year.brianhillrb1 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 03, 2021 12:30 pm Contenders probably won't be interested in buying since he's obviously playing hurt.
