Knox for Bateman

Weird league. I’m in the AFC so only AFC players on my roster, unless traded in real life mid season. I can only trade AFC players with other AFC teams.

TE Premium:
Yards- 0.12 TE, 0.1 WR
Receptions- 1.5 TE, 1 WR

Was just offered this:

Give: Knox
Get: Bateman

I am 9-3 currently and have played Knox on the regular even without the TEP in consideration. Given the league make up, what should I do with this trade? I always like having a capable #2 TE plus it being a Premium league, but really like Bateman.

I think Bateman is the way to go here. Andrews is a really solid TE week to week and Bateman is a better asset moving forward than Knox. If Knox does not get in the end zone, his stats are usually pretty low. I know that is true for a lot of TE's but again with Andrews, I would take the best asset here even with losing the TE depth.

Absolutely Bateman. Knox is having a Robert Tonyan season. I don't trust it.
