10 team SF Rebuild trades

Rebuilding in a 10 team SF league ppr and have got a few trades coming in.

Give: Andrews and Jacobs
Get: Waller, Sanders, 2022 2nd, 2023 1st

Give: Kamara
Get: Jeudy, Carter, 2022 2nd, 2023 1st

Give: Kelce and Kamara
Get: Fant, Bateman, R. Moore, 2 late 2022 1sts

For a rebuilding roster, deal #2 looks like the best for me even though it comes with a lot of risk. Jeudy has not been good so far. That could change with a better QB, but that is an unknown also. Carter is losing developmental time now on IR and the picks are unknowns. Still, Kamara is losing value by the day and is approaching that age range for an RB where owners are hesitant to invest regardless of production. Deal #1 has components to a good deal, but holding Andrews over Waller in a rebuild is important. If you can move Jacobs for Sanders + the picks, it looks a bit better to me. Deal #3 still looks ugly to me with the picks being late.

While I like the frame work of deal 3, with Andrews on my roster I'd be okay with moving Kelce and holding Andrews going forward. He's only 26, so unless you're starting a long rebuild, I'm not worried about his age yet.

If you keep Andrews that means you really don't have a need for Fant in a Kelce deal, so any chance you could take Fant and Moore out of that deal and rework it by adding a quality piece to those late 1sts and Bateman?
