Trade deadline approaches

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Trade deadline approaches

Postby JoshuaGordon_9 » Thu Nov 25, 2021 3:55 am

12T PPR, SF.
Currently sitting in 3rd. Like 5 points out from 2nd place and getting a bye.

Brady, Russ, Fields
(Start 2-4)Taylor, Hunt, Javonte, Ramondre, Dobbins
(Start 3-5) Jefferson, DK, Diggs, Deebo, Cooks, AJG, Mooney
(1-2) Hock, Frieirmuth
2nd, 3rd, 4th

Have two offers in the inbox.
Give: DK, Deebo
Get: Pittman, Diontae, 3rd.
I really dont love this one, feel like I'm buying very high on Pittman. Guys been after Deebo for weeks. Thinking of just countering with Deebo for Diontae and a 2. Too much? Too little?

Give: Mooney, Dobbins
Get: 22 1st (3-5 range), Gaskin, Michael Thomas.
I'm actually leaning towards this one. I know my RB core is a little thin without Dobbins there, but should be able to pick one up next season with that 1st. Plus adding on MT could pay off pretty big. Even if he just steps on the field...
Gaskin I don't hold high.

Thoughts on either? I'm definitely focusing on winning this year, but both had me pausing for a sec

That first offer is garbage but I like the 2nd one. You get an early 1st for Dobbins, that value is right and turn Mooney into Thomas and Gaskin. Really comes down to your valuation on MT but I personally would make that trade.

The first offer is an easy pass and I would hold what you have and not counter. If you would rather gamble on an early 1st versus Dobbins coming back healthy, I could see making the second deal but it's very close. The pick will likely have more value than Dobbins when the offseason comes in SF.
