Massive Trade - Play to win

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Massive Trade - Play to win

Postby DinoDynasty » Thu Nov 18, 2021 2:30 pm

Team 1 in sig.

Going for a 3 peat and 4th championship in 5 years. Team was being anchored by Henry and had me 7-1. Lost Henry, MT reported not coming back, so was either going to sell and rebuild or go all in. Decided to take my chances and made a massive trade

Gave: Henry, MT, 2022 1st, 2023 1st
Received: CMC, B Cooks, Jalen Hurts

I dont mind giving up the 22 1st since it will likely be very late and that class looks weak but the 23 1st was hard to give up but he wasnt moving CMC without it. Happy with my overall trade I think because I move on from an older RB and I'm set as the top team again this year.

Thoughts?

Your team should be a contender for at least another year as well. Nice Job.

CMC should produce for another couple years and with going all in, he is a big piece this year. It's pricey but Thomas is a complete unknown on this point and has not played in two years. Again, you are all in.
