Two deals for JT in SF

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Should I do either deal?

Two deals for JT in SF

Postby Slackalacker » Fri Nov 12, 2021 7:08 pm

Team 1 in sig

The Jonathan Taylor owner is interested in Hurts and a WR. He of course wanted Hurts + Jefferson, am I crazy for thinking that’s too much? I wanted to counter with Hurts + Hollywood Brown + 2nd but I’m not sure that would get it done even though Hollywood has been great this season.

Both offers seem expensive but I understand JT is essentially the top dynasty RB so he won’t be cheap. do you think, is it worth paying up to shore up my aging and injured RB group or is it too much to give up? He has already turned down hurts + Higgins so it will take more than that.

Hurts seems like a one year starter, so I think that piece is expendable, but I would not include Jefferson either. I would do your Brown thought if it is an option.

I think the deal is in the middle. Think Godwin.

I was thinking hurts + Godwin as well, he seems to be a good middle ground. I figure by now hurts + Hollywood would be similar but It seems he will be a player who is typically valued lower than his performance.

If he accepts the Hurts, Hollywood / or Godwin and a 2nd that is a smash accept for you. I have a feeling Hurts will be done after this season and begin his next career at a life time back up(making more $$$ than all of us).
