What to do with Baker?

12 team superflex. I've been offered 1st and 2nd round picks next year from the team currently in first place (playoff lock I would say but not the favorite to win it all) for Baker Mayfield. My other QBs are Mahomes, Hienecke, Trask, and Mond. My team is 1-6 and pretty much out of it. What do you think of that value, or should I hold onto Baker? He has been quite honestly bad this year and I don't know if it's injury related or what, but it's been disappointing.

Given your QB room and the picks looking late in a bad class, I think holding Mayfield is the way to go in SF at this point. Mayfield does look pretty bad but I still think he is a better hold over the return.
