Team 1.....defending champ but roster starting to look a bit tired. I sit at 4-3 which is mostly representative of performance so far. Cook is fragile. Cooks has fallen off cliff. Same for OBJ. And now Sanders (hey he's a "lead" back) and Waller are banged up. Depth is weak. Though I do get Jeudy back soon. I feel I'm a fringe playoff team but not sure I see a path to title. Honest assessments appreciated.

Sell spare parts and rebuild. Might be better to sell and miss the playoffs than to limp in and just be bounced right away. Top 4-5 pick next year will be much more valuable than a 7-9 pick.

I would start shopping and see if a retool is worth it based on the offers that come in/value. Your team is not in bad shape but some of your older assets might be at the peak of their value or just on the down side of that peak. I would not just retool to retool however but I think it's worth exploring if the values are there.
