Courtland Sutton + for DMont

Still working on the initial phase of solidifying my QB/WR cores for my rebuilding roster below.

Would it make sense to acquire another WR (Courtland Sutton) and draft pick (mid 2nd) for David Montgomery?

Sutton is a pending FA and thus could see a bump in value next March. Montgomery’s future a little cloudy with rookie contract expiring after 2022 and with Herbert forcing an expanded role this year and next.

Should I hold for a bigger return on Montgomery? Should I also ask for 2023 2nd instead of ‘22?

Yeah with how Suttons looked post injury(virtually 100%) id rather have him

I would rather have Sutton as well. Some RBs on their second contract decline quickly or land in tough situations.

Appreciate it guys Below deal just went through. He also needed a stop gap RB until Monty healthy and so we included my Alex Collins. Got a 2023 3rd in exchange for an extra 2022 4th I had from an earlier deal.

Give : Monty, A. Collins, 2022 4th

Get : Sutton, 2023 2nd, 2023 3rd

Now I return to my prayers that Aaron Rodgers signs in Denver this offseason (and Sutton re-signs) for my Fant/Sutton values
