16-0 was the dream. now sitting at 2-4 and struggling on what to do with this team.

Dang! That's a team where the biggest stars are all injured, and the next level players are all underperforming or also injured. I think it's close to calling this a lost season for you.

Without taking the time to figure out your league's salary structure and length, it's hard to give exact advice.

Regardless of salary and length, I would be looking to get out from under the contracts to CMC and Barkley. It's too risky to have your two biggest contracts tied up in players who have proven they can no longer be counted on for 16 games, or even 9 games. I'd rather have two of these players (Ekeler, Javonte, Swift, Chubb, Hunt, Jacobs) and one or two extra 1sts going into 2022 than CMC+Barkley at those prices.

If Fuller comes back and looks good, trade him immediately for whatever you can get. Maybe trade AB too after he has another 100yd/2TD weekend. Another loss (maybe two) and I'd go all in with a quick retooling to prepare for 2022.

I like building around Brown and Godwin moving forward. Depending on contracts, shopping your aging vets and CMC/Barkley seems like a way you could possibly reinvent this team a bit. I would shop the players you are willing to move and at least see what options are out there and weigh the values of holding versus retooling.
