Depends a bit on build and goals this year. If you are not contending, Jefferson for me. If you are a legit contender, Adams probably scores more this year. Jefferson is the better overall asset factoring in everything though.

I’m not quite as high on Jefferson as most but unless this is all in and need another starter (I do like Patterson short term) give me the JJ side.
