Big Rebuilding Trade Question

I posted here the other day about a JT trade. Injuries to Hunt and Lockett not being start-able have made me think about starting a rebuild.
The offers I have received are below:

Send: JT, 2023 2nd, 2023 1st
Receive: Waddle, James Robinson, 2022 1st, 2023 1st, 2024 1st (picks will be late, likely)

Send: Tyreek Hill
Receive: two 2022 1sts (mid to early), 2023 1st

If I did both of these trades, I would have a boatload of 1sts the next few years. Is it time for a rebuild with these solid offers on the table?

I would hold on the Taylor trade with having to include picks. That seems a bit counterproductive to me to gain picks while moving picks and the best asset in the deal. The Hill deal seems solid if both 1sts end up early in 2022 but I'm not sure I would gamble on that with only being in week 6. I would hold on both deals as of now and certainly on the Taylor trade.

I'm not sure I buy moving Taylor unless you see the rise back up taking until 2024. He's a nice young stud who could be the backbone of a new team. I think I take the Hill deal. I'd also look to move C. Patterson immediately, and think about Cook (but not Mattison, unless adding him upgrades the deal nicely for you), Hunt (after he, hopefully, comes off IR) and Lockett (as soon as he has his next big game or on the eve of Wilson's return, maybe?). All of that should leave you with Burrow, Jones, Taylor, Andrews, Johnson, Shepard, several young gun WRs and TEs who could spark and/or provide depth/trade bait, 3 firsts in 2022 assuming you have your own, 2 firsts in 2023, and whatever you get for Cook, Hunt, Lockett, and Patterson. Just one way to look at it. *shrug*
