Mark Andrews NonPPR value

I have nothing at TE and the Andrews owner is hurting at WR and always willing to deal. Is Andrews straight up worth any of these WR?

If not, what can be added to close the gap. I have a hard time putting a price tag on Andrews.

I would deal AB but would only be willing to add a late 2 to him. I wouldn’t move any of those WR straight up for him.

Brown depending on the add is a great piece to move for Andrews.
