Does anyone know if an NFL team can sign a suspended free agent? Or do they have to wait until that player comes off of suspension?

SF and Baltimore could sure use a RB and I was wondering if Guice would get another chance. Any thoughts on picking him up and dropping a Gio Bernard/Carlos Hyde roster clogger?

I'm pretty sure the players can still be signed as suspended FAs. I still dont think He gets a shot but you never know. I would pass on picking him up.

Suspension completed. Charges against him were dropped. I could see a team taking a flyer on him. He's definitely got the upside assuming he's still in good shape. Although this all may just be wishful thinking on my part as I drafted him 2nd overall and have HODLed since.

While the DV charges were dropped and his six game suspension lifted, he was never formally charged with the SA and multiple rape charges. So those are still on the table. He’s currently able to play starting this week, but I can’t imagine a team taking that chance. And if a team actually did take that chance, I can’t imagine the rape and sexual assault charges don’t get slapped on immediately.

Not sure what you mean here, that any other outstanding charges will only be filed if he tries to play football again? I would think any formal charges - especially that serious - would have already been filed by now, regardless of anything related to his NFL-specific situation.
