Yes. I'd explore the cost difference between Carson and Monty, though. If I could get Carson without giving up the first, I'd do that instead. Maybe 2 seconds for Carson? I'd try and move all 3 seconds over moving the first. I'd try and keep that first, if you can. He may be open to taking multiple picks for a rebuild.
