A reasonable counter. But wih your roster I would rather send another WR in the deal and just leave the picks out completely.

I don't think this deal puts you over the top and therefore is a bit pricey overall. RB looks to be your biggest need.

Sutton + late 1st is more than fair for MT, at his current valuation. No need to give up Chark.

I don’t really blame him. I thought your original offer was fair for both sides. Try pulling the 1st and 2nd out, and sending your 2nd next year instead. I am of the belief that MT is going to rebound some value when Winston starts slinging it all over the place.

I think it was a fair offer the first time. I definitely wouldn't want to add a 1st to it.

If you make a counter, I'd consider adding a 2nd to what you give and telling him to withdraw his second.
