In a PPR league who do you prefer?

Right now, Dobbins... If only because we kinda know what we get. But ETN might be the better long term play.

I prefer ETN but think Dobbins probably has the higher value right now. I’m taking ETN though if I have to choose between the 2.

Dobbins. He showed well last year and Etienne is yet to be seen and I dont like how they have used him in OTAs so far. Its early on in the process, but I like Dobbins more currently and his depth chart. Jacksons carries are his only dock.

Dobbins has as much if not more competition than any back in the league. I actually love ETNs landing spot. I have to give Dobbins an edge because he has flashed at the next level.

I kindly disagree. Ravens just locked up edwards for $10 mill after placing 2nd round tender on him. He’s had 3 straight seasons to start his career of 700+ rushing yards. I see legit RBBC here and Jackson’s ability to scramble around the goaline is absolutely a factor too. Even if it’s not designed, he will likely create random rushing TDs that will eliminate some opportunities. Not saying ETN is a lock but we know he has the draft capital, speed/athleticism, and is Meyers first non Lawrence draft pick. He’s absolutely gonna get touches. I think dobbins has all the tools and talent. And did play well. But I dont think people are being honest with him compared to other RBs. If dobbins was on a different team I fully believe it would benefit his ceiling. I do think being on the Ravens benefits his floor though. We know he will be solid and produce. I think as of right now, as a dynasty pick I would take ETNs potential with that team if I had the choice.

Not disregarding JR on the jags completely though. Just like the situation more for ETN overall.

I prefer ETN, because I think there's just no ceiling with Dobbins for the next few years, he isn't going to catch passes, he's sharing the rushing workload with both Gus and Lamar, he's not the GL back, and that's a recipe for a low ceiling. Obviously he's super talented and I'd be happy to have him on my team, but with ETN he's still very talented and he's likely to be a pass catcher and if he takes over the backfield he's in for even more touches.

I know the community is high on Dobbins, so if I could move Dobbins for ETN+ I'd be looking to make that move. I can also understand wanting to stick with the RB we've seen perform well in the NFL. It's unfortunate that Dobbins is in this situation and maybe he'll prove me wrong. If he does get involved in the passing game the sky is the limit. I just won't believe it until I see it.

I ended up trading the pick I was planning on using on ETN for Dobbins. I’m a huge Dobbins fan so I hope it pays off.
