Upgrade at TE..trade for Kelce?

Team in sig..TE is shaky for me. Obviously Ertz gets traded Goedert's value goes up, but Kelce is on the block.

Would do Mixon or Mixon+ for Kelce?

I traded Mixon for Kelce so yes I'd do that, I wouldn't add much though

Mixon + Boyd or a similar piece might be of interest?? Kelce is tough to value owner to owner and the price can be crazy expensive. Mixon is getting a ton of camp hype.

With starting 2RB, 3WR, and a flex, you are right at the edge of enough reliable starters as is. One or two injuries, and you may have trouble competing,

I say this only because shopping for Kelce is an all-in move. I would only do it if you were reasonably sure you could win, as you have a couple aging starters as is. I traded Lockett, H. Henry and a 2nd for him in Panthers, but that was to fill what I see as my only weak spot towards a title now. He’s worth going after, because he scores like a WR1 and should for a couple more years. Just don’t do it at the cost of giving up a competitive roster.
