Prescott and Adams are really solid assets in any format, but I would not sell that pick cheaply when it sounds like it could be the 1.01.

Starting there and seeing where it leads might end up somewhere mutually satisfactory.
If he's rebuilding, he won't need the last couple of good years of Adams, and he won't need the last couple of prime years for Waller. He'll get a younger rising TE and a decent younger WR who might (might) one day step up and fill KAllen's shoes.

And if you can swing all three in a trade, I wouldn’t hesitate to puta another young WR like R. Or E. Moore into the trade package as more incentive. Dak would be nice as well, but if you could add Adam’s and Waller to your roster at minimum you’re likely competing this season.
