Stashing Wilson and Jones could be beneficial if they hit and gives you some extra QB hope down the road.

You already have Z. Wilson and Jones. That's enough security if you're looking forward to 2025. Don't see any need for you to pursue Fields at this time.

Seems like its a late 1st (fields) and an early 1st (pitts) for zeke. That's pretty fair value so it comes down to team need. Can you compete in the next year or two? If not, take Pitts side.
