QB upgrade 1QB?

So my team is building nicely (Team 1) and next year I have 2x 1st and 2x 2nds again.

My QBs are Stafford and Tannehill and tempted to trade for a QB like Dak who will cost a 1st +.

Should I do it or do 1 wait another year and not sacrifice future picks?

I would see how Stafford comes out in a new system first.

Nah....you are fine for now. I would hold the 1sts pretty easily and let them gain value.

Assuming the first you'd be giving up isn't projected to be early, I'd move Stafford and a first for Dak pretty easily. I know QBs don't carry the same weight in 1QB as they do in SF, but I'm one who prefers to make a one time investment in a stud QB and reap the rewards for 7-10 years, which isn't an exaggeration given how long QBs are playing nowadays.

Nothing against Stafford, he's going to have some top 12 weeks, but that team is going to continue to run the ball and the defense in LA will keep them in games, so we likely won't see Stafford have to chuck it as much in the 2nd half the way he had to in Detroit all those years.
