The qb value from 10 team to 12 is a drastic difference. From 12 to 14 it’s pretty drastic as well. In 10 team you can grab 3-4 mid tier guys and play matchups with them similar to that strategy in a 1qb. I understand gojng qb here and locking Allen in for many years, no issues with that move, just prefer hitting rb hard early personally. If others draft QBs as if it’s 12 team SF you’ll still make out very well since you got Allen and they didn’t!

The only way you can mess up in the early rounds of a startup is drafting a bad player. RB, QB, in the end what position you draft is not going to make much of a difference as long as they are good. I wouldn't sweat it.

Good start. Keep us posted as you go through. It'll give us something to do during the dead of the offseason. Also, I wouldn't lock into positions for your next picks. Stay flexible. RB isn't necessarily something you need to force.
