I think its a fair offer. If dobbins and Jeudy weren't in Baltimore and Denver I'd be all over that side. Gibson is intriguing and the 1.05 could be anyone.

Assuming 1QB, I think this is close but I'd prefer the Gibson side slightly in a PPR format with 12 teams
I see Dobbins and Gibson as pretty close, Perine is just whatever, so it comes down to how you feel about JJ. I'd rather have 1.05 than Jeudy, but I can see how someone would not want to trade Jeudy for that return.

Really needs more context, like team build and team direction, etc. If I am rebuilding, I think getting the 1.05 for Evans is pretty much what you can expect during the off-season. But in-season is the time to trade a guy like Evans when rookie picks aren't being valued as highly and contenders need to add guys like Evans to help them compete on game day. I don't think so. Evans is in a very crowded offense and does not carry as much value as he should on the market.
