I expect Indy to be looking for a new QB in a year and even if not I don’t see them being a high volume passing offense with their WR room or Wentz to be much of a rushing threat

With the other QBs on your roster it doesn’t look like Wentz is important to you. I would definitely take the two future 1sts.

I could see gambling on the picks here based on your QB core if the 1st may be early. Lamb would be great though.
