Acquiring the 1.02

New orphan....roster below. 12 team. 1QB. TEP=1.5 Normal starting requirements 1-2-3-1-1

WR: Higgins, Golladay, AROB, Claypool, Woods, OBJ, GDavis

I feel this is a competitive roster but could use another RB. Owner put 1.02 on the block. I really don't need another WR at 1.09. Thoughts on the following? Close? Offensive?

If I had the 1.02 I'm holding but I don't think it's a disrespectful offer by any means, shoot your shot.
