Sermon could have a great shot next year but long term, Moore.

I just had the same dilemma and went Moore. I think there are going to be more people in a league that value Sermon higher though. I've already had a few people tell me they would take Sermon where I took Moore.

I like the draft capital of Moore much better. He is athletic, comes from a school that has just produced a few good wrs lately, and is in a good situation to become the WR1 for his own team if Davis and Mims fail to step up and the Jets move on from Crowder like many expect. There are those rumors he was the WR1 for several teams in this draft. Silly, imo, but you sure wouldn't hear don't that about Sermon.

Sermon is classic riser due to situation. Slow 40, crowded and unpredictable backfield, etc. 3rd round capital isn't enough to lock in excess opportunity but obviously it's not terrible.

We do start a lot of flex players in my league though so I think Moore holds more value there. Shallower starting requirements maybe Sermon is the better choice.

Moore but it's harder to pick up RB's in later rounds of value so I can see why people would choose Sermon.

I've seen Sermon go anywhere from 1.06 to 2.07. It's nuts. Went 1.06 in one of my 1 PPR dynasties, and 2.01 in my Superflex dynasty.

I passed on him for E Moore but I didn't realize how many people were chomping at the bit to get him. I'd have floated out some more offers or drafted and gone for some sort of flip into a 1st next year. I think Moore looks good though so it was hard to pass.

SF is weird in that draft capital doesn't matter a ton. They use anyone. I'm curious if a 3rd round pick gets more opportunities, or if again, it's just a number that means nothing to that coaching staff regarding RBs.

I think it was a Dynasty Nerds article that talked about him being a classic reach and how they normally bust. I kind of agree here.

I know people don't like Toney but I can't believe they are passing on an NFL 1st round pick from a team that has normally picked well at WR over a 3rd rounder going to a RBBC. When would you know if Sermon was the guy? Even if he plays well, you'll have 4-5 starts a year where he gets 2 points. It would be maddening.
