I would take the top QB available at the 1.03 to hopefully help you long term.

Lance or Fields help your build the most. Maybe if a non QB goes at 1.02 you look to trade back a spot or 2 and pick up more draft capital, but I think you should be trying to walk away from your first pick in this draft with one of the top 4 QBs (Lawrence, Lance, Fields, Wilson).
