Jacobs and Watson

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Jacobs and Watson

Postby wesurug » Wed May 12, 2021 12:09 pm

What would you all value these players at? I'm not really trusting the points based sites out there yet like KeepTradeCut.

What do you think I could move Jacobs or Watson, or both for?

There are some RB needy teams and RB/QB needy teams in my league.

Like would you move Jacobs for Chase Claypool + ? or Jacobs/Watson for a solid WR2 + Picks?

WR & TE are definitely where I need help but just curious.

This is a really tough time to move either asset. Moving either could be selling low. Drake is only on a 1 year deal and Watson will likely play again and be elite. I would not sell either low and would rather hold. The Claypool + deal would depend on the + for me. You need WR help and have nice RB depth, but again, I would not sell low.

Thanks Gator, yeah it's a tough situation going through this offseason. Wondering if I manage what I have heading into our draft in August. See how ADP shapes out, then either managing what I have in the season itself and going for 2022 picks?

Trying to not get hung up on missing out on some of the talent in this draft. I might be able to grab Chuba in the 3rd as a dart throw this year.

No way I would sell Watson now. When he is actually traded he is going for fire sale prices.
