Picking up a QB off the WW

Our 10 team dynasty league is moving to a SF format next year. Consequently I would like to grab a 4th QB as a stash. I can probably draft a rookie QB next year but rather not use my 1st or 2nd round picks for a QB unless I have to. With that being said of the three listed who has the best chance of keeping a starting job in 2022. Thanks for any comments

id go Jimmy since who knows if big ben plays next year, or Fitzpatrick. Id also consider drafting a qb or two if a good one falls, because getting them now would be very cheap and they will take a huge hike in value come time the league switches to sf only a year away, giving you a couple nice trade chips.

Jimbo is the most likely to still be playing in my opinion and I would grab him over the other two aging vets for 2022.
