Trade Hurts for Wilson or what (Dynasty SuperFlex)

I think I already have the answer to this question but I would like to see some comments to reassure my thinking.

I'm in a 10team dynasty league which is moving to a SF format next year. My current QB's are: Hurts, Fields and Mayfield. With a switch to SF there was a run on QB's this year and I was able to draft Fields. There may be a possibility I can get a decent QB next year with my first though I rather draft a WR in the first. This year though I'm fairly sure that I can trade Hurts for Wilson. IMO Wilson is much better then Hurts but he will be 34 next year while Hurts will be 23. Skill wise there is no comparison, Wilson is much much better. I'm hesitant only because of the age difference, Carroll's stubbornness to a run heavy offense and the possibility that Hurts may become a decent SF QB.
