My projected week 1 starters + bench (starters bolded: 1 QB, 3 WR, 2 RB, 1 TE, 1 SF, 2 Flex). 12 team 0.5 PPR
QB: Kyler, Baker, Tua, Wolford, Keenum, Henne
RB: Akers, Miles, Edmonds, Henderson, Scott, Booker, Hasty, Eno Benjamin, Darrynton Evans
WR: Diggs, Jefferson, Julio, Chark, Reynolds, Miller, AGG, Cephus, Pettis
TE: Andrews, Fant, Jarwin, Burton, Sample
Picks: 1.03 (fields/lance probably), 3.03, 3.04, 4.03
I'm planning to sell Julio once the season starts (nobody is willing to bite for more than a mid-2nd in the offseason) but if akers is really the new gurley and edmonds gets a favorable split, maybe I'll just go all in for a championship.
Any advice on what you'd do? This is coming into year 2 of SF so still trying to figure out how deep you have to go at QB (have a league mate who felt real safe with Deshuan, Wentz, Mitch, and Teddy at the start of last year but that probably not the norm). I barely missed playoffs last year but wouldn't have done much if I made them. Do people generally try to optimize for either RBs OR QBs since both suffer scarcity in SF?

General SF team advice?

I'm not sure Julio will land you a ton with his age. Possibly someone picking in the late first may not be in love with anyone on the board and you may possibly be able to trade him for a 1st if you add something. With it being a SF I'd also looking to put the pick on the block if your comfortable with Kyler, Baker and Tua moving forward. If not I may take Pitts for the potential he would provide at te. It would allow you to move Andrews or Fant.

Re: General SF team advice?
You have a fairly nice build overall but could use a bit more RB depth. I would be just fine holding Jones and seeing how your team comes out based on the starting requirements. If your team comes together and you look like a contender mid-season, Jones will be more valuable in your lineup than on the market. Henderson and Edmonds could both have roles that could help fill in your RB depth week to week if needed, but your WR core could really help fill in flex options. I think Reynolds could be a solid flex this year based on where he landed. Long winded, but I would be fine holding and seeing how it comes together outside of a good offer for Jones which is unlikely.

Yeah, you're not getting much for Julio so it's not worth it to try and move him unless you're going all in on a rebuild.
I would try and trade one of 1.03, Mayfield, Tua.

Re: General SF team advice?
RB is definately an area of need. Akers as your RB1 makes me uncomfortable
I am just a guy sharing some thoughts
Re: General SF team advice?
I'd be fine fielding offers for the 1.03 when the draft day comes.

Re: General SF team advice?
The only offer I've gotten on 1.3 so far is dak for 1.3 + tua which feels within reason but its to my main division rival and I def don't want him to convert 1 QB into 2. I'll probably try shipping Baker to the qb-needy browns fan at some point.
Thanks for the tips, I def recognize my RB situation isn't great, will probably send some 2nd/3rd packages for older guys when the season comes closer or OTC and make a run unless theres a guy I really like.
