CMC Value in SF

Team in Sig 1.

Fellow owner has offered me Jacobs and Hooper for CMC. Obviously not enough for CMC.

What would be a decent counter? I could do with a 3rd QB, RB and TE.

His main assets include ARod, Aaron Jones, Jacobs, MT, Higgins, Hockenson, Hooper, 1.02 and 1.11.

If you are looking to rebuild/retool, the 1.02 and Higgins would be a decent return in SF. If you are looking to compete, I would just hold CMC. If the first offer sent is where the other owner values CMC, you might as well just move on.

TBH, that's the kind of offer that would have me thinking whether a counter is warranted at all. He's trying to close the gap b/w CMC and Jacobs with Hooper?! Really?!

The offer is on the borderline of a hard pass offer/lowball so it's hard to really counter that.

I've got a good squad; LJax, Wilson, CMC, JT, Godwin, KA, ARob, H. Henry et al. so I should be competing.

I'm not desperate to move CMC but I could do with some more depth at RB and TE in particular (2TE is crazy in 14 team leagues).

I just traded for him this week on team 2.

I gave Hurts/1.08/3.09/'22 2nd/Crowder.

Think that is likely on the lower end of what he would go for, but was a completed trade for him.

I sent CMC away for 1.03, 2.02, 2 future firsts and a future second in my SF about a month ago. Then moved 3 firsts and 2.02 for DK, CEH and Landry. So pretty much netted The package and a future second for CMC.

This is normally my tactic. Just send a counter you are happy with and see what happens.

That’s a ridiculous offer. I wouldn’t counter based off of that offer. Just send something they you will be happy if he accepts.
