I just took over an orphan 12 team SF.
The team has no rookie picks this year and trying to build a team back up I have some offers for Alan and Herbert, none of which I think is worth it.
One offer I have for Allen is Stafford and rookie pick 1.3. I think I could get the same deal for Herbert.
I’m trying to get the guy to add 2.3 rookie pic to the package but even then it feels light for one of these guys. Am I off my rocker?

Re: Herbert & Allen worth in SF
Even in a rebuild, Allen and Herbert are fantastic pillars in SF. I would only move for crazy overpays, but I see no reason otherwise to move them. Build around them to not have to focus on QB which is so important in SF.

Agree. The offer of Stafford and 1.3 isn’t enough but probably a fair offer.

Re: Herbert & Allen worth in SF
I wouldn't move either in a rebuild unless there was some ridiculous overpay. Allen is probably the #2 dynasty asset right now, and one more year of Herbert doing what he did last season will put him right there. Sell off other assets you may have.
