Howdy all. Got this offer for team 2 in sig. I like the idea of pairing TLaw up with Mahomes long term, but I'm not sure if it is the smarter play to grab some combo of Wilson/Fields/Chase/Pitts/Najee with 1.04/1.06. The price also seems a bit too steep.
What do y'all think? Hold and draft BPA or make the move for TLaw? Thanks for your time.

Its expensive, but I would prefer to lock up Lawrence. Great combo at QB moving forward and your move could be pretty well solved if Darnold hits in Carolina.

I think that this is a deal you may regret in 5 years. TLaw is the next "can't miss" qb after Peyton and Luck. So the fact that you can land him, pair him with Mahomes for the next decade is a no brainer too me. Also if Darnold can turn things around with a actual offense around him then you have your bye week fill in qb and your completely set. If this all works out then you don't have a need to draft a qb for a long while and it enables you to totally focus on adding wr / rb / te's while others are scrambling to get qb's.

Thanks for the advice y'all. I ended up taking the deal. The team at 1.02 didn't need a qb and has a glaring hole at TE, so rather than gamble that Pitts would fall I decided to lock up Lawrence.

Solid trade. Can’t imagine most of my leagues trading Lawrence for 1.4 and 6; I wouldn’t trade burrow for that and I have him a little above Lawrence
